You agree to use IndexPilot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree to the following:
- Authorized URLs only — You may only submit URLs for websites that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. Submitting URLs for websites you do not control is strictly prohibited.
- No spam or abuse — You may not use the Service to engage in spamming, manipulate search engine results, or submit URLs containing malware, phishing content, or other harmful material.
- No scraping — You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the IndexPilot platform, except through our official API in accordance with your plan's terms.
- Rate limits apply — All API and submission requests are subject to rate limits. Attempting to circumvent rate limits, whether through multiple accounts, automation, or any other means, is prohibited.
6. API Access
IndexPilot provides API access to eligible plan subscribers, subject to the following conditions:
- API keys are personal — Your API keys are tied to your account and must not be shared with unauthorized third parties. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your API keys.
- Rate limited — API requests are subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of API access.
- Availability not guaranteed — While we strive to maintain high API uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue API access at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
- IndexPilot platform — The IndexPilot platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by IndexPilot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
- Your content — You retain full ownership of your URLs, website content, and any data you provide to IndexPilot. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
IndexPilot integrates with third-party services to provide its core functionality. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
- External services — Google Search Console, Google Indexing API, Bing Webmaster API, and IndexNow endpoints are external services operated by their respective owners. Their availability, terms, and functionality are outside our control.
- Search engine behavior — We are not responsible for how search engines process, prioritize, or act upon URL submissions. Submitting a URL does not guarantee that any search engine will crawl, index, or rank it.
- No guarantee of indexing — IndexPilot facilitates URL submission to search engines but does not and cannot guarantee that any URL will be indexed. Indexing decisions are made solely by the search engines themselves.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Specifically:
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- We do not guarantee that any URL submitted through the Service will be indexed by any search engine.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IndexPilot's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to IndexPilot during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- Termination by us — We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. In cases of serious violations, we may terminate your account without prior notice. For less severe violations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue.
- Termination by you — You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IndexPilot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
